868 GRAMOS es un libro de artista. Es una pieza única, creado durante la cuarentena del Covid 19. Sin acceso a los materiales y circunstancias habituales el artista acudió a materiales que tenía en casa y técnicas abarcables fuera del taller.

El título alude al significado del vacío, el peso de 868 gramos es el peso exacto del material que recortó, el peso de la ausencia, de lo que falta. Sin vacío no hay sentido y durante la cuarentena, donde todo se volvió más denso y más comprimido, el valor del espacio, el vacío como definición de libertad, se presentó más que nunca. El libro pertenece al proyecto escultórico Tondos/ o el significado de la ausencia, donde protagonizan fragmentos arquitectónicos como paredes, puertas o suelos, también recortados y puestos en un contexto alternativo.

868 GRAMOS is an artist's book. A one off piece, created during the Covid 19 quarantine. Without access to the usual materials and circumstances, the artist turned to materials that he had at home and techniques that could be covered outside the workshop. The title alludes to the meaning of emptiness, the weight of 868 grams is the exact weight of the material cut out, the weight of the absence, of what is missing. Without emptiness there is no meaning and during the quarantine, where everything became denser and more compressed, the value of space, the emptiness as a definition of freedom, appeared more than ever. The book belongs to the sculptural project Tondos / the meaning of absence, where architectural fragments such as walls, doors or floors star, also cut out and placed in an alternative context.
